1. How do I place my order?
Ordering online from Bladesgo.com is easy! When viewing an item, simply select the size, color and quantity needed and then click ‘ADD TO CART’. Once you have your desired items in your Bag, simply click the ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ button. Next, enter any discount coupon codes that you may want to use to discount the price. Finally, you will be directed to complete the Shipping address, shipping method and payment method. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order!
2. How can I use my promo code?
After entering the valid promo code at the Checkout page, your order will be discounted
3. How do I know what size to choose?
We never want to send you something that doesn't fit properly so we have size chart available on most of our product pages. You can check the handy Sizes Guides on the product page and view our Size Charts for easy reference.
4. Can I cancel/make changes to the order I just placed?
It is only possible to make a change to your order within 12 hour of placing it and if the order has not been processed. We process orders very quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot always be fulfilled. You must immediately contact our Customer Care team (within 12 hour) with your change/cancellation request details included. If your order has been settled and your order status is "Processing", please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for order cancellation. We would love to help you.
If your order status is "Assorting" or "Shipped", your order can't be cancelled. If you need any help about return, please contact our customer service after your order has been delivered.
Once we receive your payment, your order will go through several steps before being “shipped out”.

Waiting for payment:
This order is unpaid . Please feel free to pay your order now.Once we receive your payment, we will process your order.
You have attempted to pay us via PayPal e-check. At this time we haven’t received your payment yet, please check your Paypal account or bank account balance and confirm whether your funds are sufficient. If the payment has been completed successfully, please send us the transaction ID or payment proof to speed up the process.
You have just paid for your order, our server will upload your order shortly and we will start to process your order.Thank you for your patience.
Bladesgo will typically process orders 1-3 business days upon payment. Your processing order will go through the following phases .
1- Receiving and allocating items to your order
2- Inspecting your items quality
3- Packing and printing shipping labels.
Once these 3 phases have been done, we will dispatch your order.

Your order has left our warehouse and has been collected by the courier for the shipment. We cannot edit your order anymore.
Your complete order has been sent out and is now on its way to you. Please follow up the delivery in your account and track the item online.
How do I check my order status?
Click on Order Status on the top right of the page. Please make sure to have your order number and email address.
Email will be sent within 30 minutes since your order is placed or your order is shipped. You can simply check your order status by clicking on your tracking links on the emails to view the up to date order status. If you cannot receive any email from us, please check your spam filter.
Please allow 12 to 24 hours for your order status to change.
How do I track the shipment of my order?
Click on Order Status on the top right of the page. Make sure to have your tracking number.
Once the package is shipped, you will get a shipping confirmation email, in which you can both click on the Tracking Number or "Track Your Package" button to track your package. If you did not receive any shipment emails, please check your spam filter.
What if my order status hasn’t changed to “shipped” for long?
Our company is a startup, and we’re trying to look for the best products for worldwide women, so it may take a little bit longer for us to prepare for your orders. But we assure you that we keep looking into ways to improve the speed of processing and shipping, and we would appreciate your understanding and patience. It is our guarantee that if any part of your order hasn’t shipped within 10 days, refund will be available by contacting us at service@Bladesgo.com
What if my order arrives incomplete, damaged, or defective?

2. How much is the shipping cost?
Generally speaking, the total shipping cost will depend on the following factors:
The shipment method you choose (we offer Flat Rate, Standard shipping and Expedited Shipping options);
The destination country that the package ships to;
The number of items you order, as well as the total weight and volume (size) of the package.
Our advice is to log in to your account, add the items to your cart and then view the shipping fee which will be automatically calculated and displayed.

Currently , we ship worldwide for free on orders over $49USD.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Please note the total time = processing time + shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances.)

5. How can I track my order?
As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order in “Track my order page” by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Please understand that we do not accept returns or exchange without prior return authorization. Therefore if you need to return your order for some reason, please contact our Customer Service staff first to confirm. Once you are authorized to return the item(s), please follow all of the instructions provided.
We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. Keep the Return Tracking Number associated with the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Bladesgo.com is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by us, or without the original packing slip. Also, Bladesgo.com do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
What is your return policy?
All returns must be made within 14 days after the product delivery date. All returned products must be unused (e.g., not worn, washed, damaged, or altered) and returned in accordance with the instructions received from contacting customer service as per the Site. You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product. All products not returned in accordance with the Return Procedures shall be sent back to you, and no credit or refund will be issued.
If the refund is claimed for any item of your order, and at the same time your order doesn't include any promotions or discounts, you will receive a full refund for the item. But if the order includes promotions or discounts, the item will be refunded proportionally instead of full price. For example, if the original price of an item of your order is $10, and the grand total of your order is $18 after a $2 off discount, so you will receive $9 refund after cancelling this item.
How do I return something?
Step 1: Send a return request to service@Bladesgo.com. Please remember to include the following details in the request, for faster processing:
Name(s) of the Item(s) you want to return.
Reason for wanting to return the items(Size/Quality/Other Reasons...)
Photos of the items to be returned, for reference
*For returns because of issues with the fit/size of the item(s), kindly send us photos with the measurement visible from the item and the one on our Bladesgo tag.
*For returns because of issues with the condition/quality of the item(s), kindly include photos highlighting the specfic issues with the item(s).
Step 2: Our Customer Service Representatives will give a response to your request within 24 hours.
Depending on the cause of the return, they will provide you with Better Options or with a RAN (return authorization number).
Step 3: Upon receiving the RAN email, print it and attach/put it inside the package with the item(s) you want to return. Ship the package back to our Warehouse (address in the RAN email).
Step 4: After shipping the package, request the "Tracking Number" of the shipment from your Local Post Office. Remember to inform our Customer Service Representative, through email, that you've shipped the package and provide them with the "Tracking Number".
Step 5: Once our Warehouse receives the package, we will process a refund for the items within 2 business days.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 5 to 7 business days after we receive your return. The exact time can vary and is subject to the individual payment provider. Once refunds have been processed, we recommend contacting your payment provider for updates. All original shipping charges are non-refundable.
What is your exchange policy?
Currently we are not able to offer exchange service for any shipped orders. If you want a different size, different color, or different item, please place a new order.
How do I change the currency?
Our default currency is US Dollar, and you can change the currency by clicking on the USD on top left of the page.
